main responsibilities:
* develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
* lead full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles
* build and maintain strong pipelines for technical talent
* collaborate with hr business partners and hiring managers
* drive employer branding initiatives
* ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal controls
* optimize workday recruiting usage
* monitor recruiting metrics and present insights to leadership
* lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
* at least 8 years of progressive recruitment experience
* proven experience in mass recruitment and high-volume specialized recruitment
* solid background working in multinational/global companies
* understanding of employer branding and sourcing channels
* advanced knowledge of workday recruiting or similar ats tools
* fluent in english and spanish; excellent communication skills
* data-driven mindset and project management skills
