in this role, you will own end-to-end indirect procurement activities, collaborating with cross‐functional teams and key stakeholders. * support the purchasing function and communicate supply issues that may affect business operations.
* act as the link between suppliers and internal teams on procurement processes and new projects.
* monitor risks and opportunities and advise stakeholders proactively.
* execute procurement activities aligned with global sourcing strategies, optimizing total cost of ownership.
* negotiate agreements, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable outcomes.
* drive contract and catalog adoption to maximize order automation.
* manage supplier relationships and ensure ongoing contract compliance and performance.
* identify, evaluate, and select suppliers with a focus on compliance, sustainability, and risk minimization.
* manage procurement budgets, savings forecasts, and spend visibility across categories.
* ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
your background:
* degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
* proven experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
* strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* experience with procurement platforms and digital tools (e.g., sap ariba).
* ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
* excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
