work you'll do end to end implementation: assist and executing full-cycle implementation of oracle fusion compensation module, from requirement gathering to post go live support ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.solution design & configuration: work with key stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize the oracle fusion compensation module, ensuring it meets organizational and regulatory requirements. Functional expertise: serve as a expert in oracle fusion compensation, advising on system functionality, business process improvements, and best practices.data migration & integration: oversee data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency of compensation data.
collaborate with technical teams to manage system integrations with other oracle cloud modules (e.g., payroll, absence management) and third-party systems.process improvement: analyze current hr processes and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness through system configuration and workflow automation.support & troubleshooting: provide advanced functional support for oracle fusion compensation module, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage service requests (srs) with oracle support when necessary.training & documentation: develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for end users.
document configurations, processes, and system enhancements for future reference.testing & quality assurance: lead user acceptance testing (uat), creating detailed test scripts and scenarios to ensure the accuracy and reliability of system configurations and integrations.reporting & analytics: utilize oracle reporting tools (otbi, bi publisher, hcm extracts) to develop hr reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to hr leadership. Qualifications education: bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, human resources, or a related field.experience:7+ years of experience with functional support or implementation in oracle fusion compensation, or benefits.experience implementing / supporting oracle cloud compensation in all phases on two full implementations (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing).oracle hcm cloud implementations or compensation administrator experience.ability to understand fundamental system design and purpose.experience in configuration in workforce structure (grades, grade rates, grade laddersexperience in configuration in grade step progression, salary basis, total compensation statement.experience in creating individual compensation plans, workforce compensation plans.ability to create and/or modify flexfield.experience in creating and/or modifying formulas.experience in creating and/or modifying compensation change statements.experience in creating and/or modifying eligibility profiles.experience in execution of compensation processes (workforce, base pay and gsp)experience in loading market data.ability to create and/or modify user defined tables.support clients with the execution of test scripts.soft skills:excellent english verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic consulting landscape.strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective solutions.ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.preferred:oracle fusion compensation certifiedexperience in implementing compensation our people and culture our diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
