A lead collections administrator plays a crucial role in managing the accounts receivable for ba. The primary responsibility is to ensure that outstanding debts are collected efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key responsibilities:
- support with collection activities.
- work with internal / external customers
- respond to customer requests
- account reconciliations.
- handle a customer portfolio.
- order releases.
- evaluate risk on customer credit
- calling customers by phone
- supporting on cash applications
- update customer information in sap and related tools and support
- demonstrate abilities to deliver solutions to problems
- strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- lead projects that help to reduce pd and achieve goals
- ability to work with less supervision providing updates on the progress on portfolios
must have:
- bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting or related field
- 1-year experience with customer service and/or collections
- english advanced
