-job description*principal responsibilities*:- provide regular regional guidance related to data topics such as: data governance, data privacy, business impact assessment, data quality- lead different forums from dao, such as transaction code governance forum, data quality issue management, data on cloud, data privacy working group- maintains and manages communication with business stakeholders, resolving conflicting stakeholder priorities- check the accuracy of several mis and registers such as: business impact assessment, transaction code inventory, data management controls, data privacy, risk taxonomy control library and including cross-checking of the information with different sources.- responsible of document the different process within the area and sent the minutes for the forums which is responsible.- provide support to gb/gfs data managers to data quality breaches and issues.- guarantee support to follow trusted source framework and its documentation in our data dictionary (collibra).requirements*functional knowledge*:- 1 - 2 years experience as business analyst- knowledge trusted source framework.- knowledge in data management framework.- knowledge in governance process.- management and interpersonal skills.- ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with business managers, consultants, technical experts across the whole department and business users.- be delivery focused with ability to pay attention to details and ensure tasks are completed on time and to the high required levels of quality.- structured approach to ensure adherence to the data architecture and management framework defined by data and architecture office (dao).- able to build and maintain global and local relationships.- developed written / verbal communication and presentation skills.- intermediate english.*leadership & teamwork*:- persuasive- follow the execution of learned practices- teamwork.- build strong one-on-one relationships- empathetic- listening to other ideas
