Description
we are looking for industrial project leader within the context of our industrial activities, with permanent contract for which business travels will be necessary to suppliers and latecoere plants.
you will be the owner of successful performance for all projects in accordance with latecoere work transfer methodology and customers' requirements. You will manage multi-functional team and all stakeholders of the project from planning to deliverable execution. You will monitor and manage events (scenarios study), projects impact in accordance with targets in cost, quality and on-time delivery.
activities
* define the detailed planning to reach project targets in accordance with budget and timeline validated by the sponsor.
* manage multi-functional team (including all branches and suppliers). You will define targets, roles and responsibilities of each participant. You will monitor resource availability.
* define the project governance. You will lead meetings with stakeholders, and you will report in regular and efficient way to the multi-functional team, management and customers (internals and externals).
* you will be owner to implement action and to escalate in the case of unforeseen event which can impact accomplishment of the project on cost, on quality and on time. We will have to be expert in risk management.
* build and monitor the budget.
* lead lessons learnt during the project and will be part of the project closure. You will formalize all data needed before responsibility handover.
* apply work transfer methodology.
requirements
* field of study: engineer / project management
* experience: minimum of 5 years in program/project management in industrial environment
* technical skills: project management, risk management, continuous improvement apqp, sap, microsoft office and ms project, customer satisfaction
* soft skills: leadership, ability to analyze and summari rigor and organization, keen sense of priorities management, comfortable with transversal relationship, team spirit
* fluent in english
