Help in daily operations : receive, scan, lift and move shipments up to 25 kg each. Route shipments within the amzl coverage area. Support support and assign job duties to process assistants. Due to the nature of amazon's business, being able to adapt to sudden changes and growth according to operational necessities. Track & monitor sorting operation and driver's dispatch. Continual standing and / or walking an average of 5 miles daily. Ability to work in construction / distribution environments that may be noisy, unlit, unheated, not air-conditioned. Basic qualifications bachelor's degree or equivalent 2 years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience 4 years direct management experience for employees and their performance fluent in both spanish and english. Preferred qualifications degree in engineering, operations or related field is a plus. 5 years management experience in a delivery, manufacturing, production or distribution environment. Management of a minimum of 100 employees (including payroll, performance management, work-flow assignment). Interest in long-term career development in logistics & transportation.
