* works with licensing & other ecommerce teams to ensure products meet brand compliance.
* helps manage project workflows and ensures production artist have necessary details to perform their duties.
* efficiently uses photoshop, illustrator, & other adobe design software to complete tasks.
* works collaboratively with team members to expand & tailor artwork across our pod product inventory, including but not limited to apparel, headwear, accessories, & drinkware.
* able to balance priorities & workloads to meet tight deadlines.
* understands our brands & licensed partners and adhere to their brand identities.
* utilizes their knowledges of product & industry trends to elevate brand designs.
* leads projects & provides constructive feedback for the team.
* helps with training & provides mentorship within the team.
* assists with art direction by gathering inspiration & creating trend boards
experiencia y requisitos
* high level understanding of dtg & other pod print processes
* expert use of photoshop & illustrator
* excellent time management
* great interpersonal skills
* able to communicate both creative visions and process-oriented tasks
* advanced english level
* ability to work in shared spaces
