responsibilities: - manageend-to-end recruitment processes for administrative roles, fromidentifying hiring needs to onboarding the selected candidate.
-post job openings on various job boards and recruiting platforms.
-screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and administerassessments or psychometric tests when applicable.
- coordinateinterviews with hiring managers and follow up throughout theselection process.
- maintain and update a database of potentialcandidates.
- communicate regularly with department leaders tounderstand hiring requirements and provide recruitment support.
-assist with onboarding activities and provide support during thenew hire's integration period.
qualifications - bachelor's degree -1 to 3 years of experience in the recruitment area - fluent englishlevel - familiarity with recruitment tools, competency-basedinterviews, and talent sourcing platforms.
- strong organizationalskills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multipleopenings simultaneously.
- proficiency in excel and applicanttracking systems (ats).
