*job summary*
this position provides administrative support in the activities and coordination to provide the required support to the plant manager and the team of managers among other relevant activities of the position and with other areas.
*what you will do*
- taking critical notes and messages and answering routine questions.
- maintaining vacation schedule and master schedule of whereabouts for staff.
- maintaining master copies of organizational policy and procedure manuals and keeping them up to date.
- typing and distributing memos, meeting minutes and presentations for staff.
- facilitating domestic and international travel arrangements; assisting in payments, expense processing, and charge card reconciliation.
*education requirement*:
requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, business managment, information and communication technologies or related field.
advanced level of spoken and written english

- minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles
