about the role
the head of sales latam will be responsible for:
• managing the commercial organization and driving revenue growth
• building and maintaining relationships with key partners, payment processors, and alliances
• analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities and threats
• collaborating across business verticals to ensure project execution and impact
• serving as a c-level contact for top e-commerce companies in the local market
key qualifications
to be successful in this role, you will need:
• experience in expansion in the latin america market, preferably in payments or fintech companies or financial areas
• at least 5 years in b2b sales within the e-commerce industry
• mastery of spanish and english languages
• ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and business partners
• demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies
• excellent communication and negotiation skills
