We are an internationally active supplier. Our core Business Leather production with
interior applications for Automotive and Aviation Industry located in a German
speaking area. High quality standards, highly motivated employees and extraordinary

For our Production facility in the surrounding area of
the province of Puebla we look for an experienced
Sales Manager
Your responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and execute the sales strategy for the Latin and North American market in alignment with general objectives.
- Acquiring Project Business in Automotive and Aviation Industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and key accounts in Latin- and North America
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in close coordination with the headquarters
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality, R&D;) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution
- Permanent improvement of internal procedures and processes under consideration of quality and cost aspects
- Management and supervising of sales department employees
- Participation in national or international Exhibition Fairs and Events.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Your qualifications:
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive and/or aircraft supply industry or the leather/materials industry.
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related technical field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and strategically
- Experience with Leather production or Leather applications is an advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish (German is an advantage)
- Permanent residence in the state of Puebla or willingness to move to the province of Puebla in the medium term
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Latin and North America, and occasionally to Europe
