the role:
as an integration specialist at webrunner, you will be responsible for managing and supporting connectors, integrations, and reporting on behalf of our clients.
key responsibilities:
* designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between crm systems and reporting tools like looker studio, ensuring dynamic and insightful reporting dashboards for our clients.
* using automation tools such as zapier and webhooks to streamline data flow from multiple sources to reporting platforms, enhancing the effectiveness of our clients' data analytics strategies.
* continuously monitoring and optimizing data pipelines to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across integrated systems.
* collaborating closely with client teams to understand specific data needs and develop customized reporting solutions that drive meaningful insights and decision-making.
* troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to connectors, data integration, and dashboard functionalities to maintain high levels of service delivery and client satisfaction.
requirements:
* implement and manage integration solutions using tools like zapier, looker studio, ghl and various crm platforms.
* understand and develop api connections and webhook configurations to facilitate seamless data exchanges.
* build and maintain custom zapier paths that support complex data gathering and reporting needs.
* demonstrate a problem-solving mindset with a strong capacity for analytical and data-driven decision making.
* communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients to align integration strategies with client objectives.
* manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of precision and attention to detail.
* thrive in a client-focused environment, providing responsive support and making informed adjustments based on client feedback.
* this role is crucial in ensuring that our clients' integration systems are efficient, scalable, and directly aligned with their strategic goals.
* knowledge of google tag manager and working with custom javascript/html would be an asset.
we offer
* a remote working environment with flexible hours.
* a starting, full-time contract between $1,400 - $1,600 usd/month
