position summary
it has the responsibility and authority to ensure through the monitoring of the quality management system that the client's requirements are met, through the control and verification of the process and product in the production floor; in addition to providing customer service in relation to the quality of the product and specific requirements.
responsibilities
coordinate and ensure the correct administration of the non-compliant product.
verify that customer requirements are met.
responsible for the materials receipt process
ensure that the supplies supplied to the line meet the established and requested standards.
collect, evaluate and submit information related to ppaps, control plans, fmeas according to clients' requests.
qualifications
bachelor's degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, chemical engineering)
advanced english.
5-8 years of proved experience in manufacturing segment, quality area is preferred.
certified as auditor on quality systems such as iatf 16949:2016 or iso 9001:2015.
solid knowledge of quality and manufacturing processes.
knowledge of automotive industry core tools (aiag – apqp, ppap, pfmea, spc and msa).
proficiency in statistical quality techniques and leading improvement projects.
handling customer complaints.
use and handling of measurement devices.
experienced on 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audits required is a plus.
