join the team of four seasons cabo san lucas at cabo del sol as *bell captain.
* this expansive property will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 residences, centrally located in the "tourist corridor" between cabo san lucas and san josé del cabo atop the breathtaking baja california sur with amazing views of the sea where the sea of cortez meets the pacific ocean.
amenities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an open-air fitness center, spa & spa garden, and a clubhouse event facility.
*be you*the *bell captain* forms part of the front office team and oversees the resort front drive as well as the flow of the arrival/departure to ensure a seamless experience for our guests, homeowners and patrons.
as the guest services supervisor you will be responsible for training new team members, providing feedback and conducting standards tests to ensure that the guest services team is performing at the highest level.
as our resort is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our guest services supervisor to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
*requirements:* at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a luxury hotel.
* self-driven and a strategic resourcing professional.
* able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace working environment.
* good team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills* reading, writing and oral proficiency in both spanish and english language* requires ability to operate computer equipment and office equipment.

* able to multitask and prioritize workload and projects simultaneously and efficiently.
*master your cratf* assists front office manager & resort assistant managers in overseeing the guest services department.
* handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, in-house events, directions, etc.
responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.
interactions with guest will be in person, phone, fs chat and by email.
* oversees and support bellmen and doormen in their daily tasks to ensure seamless arrival & departure experience (delivering luggage to and from room, accompanying guests to their rooms, assisting valet in parking vehicles and pulling vehicles up from parking lot, and assisting with golf cart rides).
* work closely with other hotel departments, including sales and catering in coordination special guest or group needs relating to parking services, gift deliveries and bag pulls.
* conducts standards tests for members of the team and provides coaching / feedback.
* assists with administrative duties for guest services including inventory upkeep and ordering, medallia tracking and communication, and other responsibilities as assigned by rooms managers.
