We're looking for a hands-on digital marketing specialist who enjoys executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and continuously optimizing marketing strategies.in this role, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and optimizing marketing and lead generation activities across channels such as linkedin, youtube, email marketing, crm workflows, paid ads, and social media.key responsibilitiescampaign execution and optimizationexecute multi-channel marketing campaigns across linkedin, youtube, email marketing, and paid media to generate qualified leads.post and manage organic social media content to increase engagement and brand visibility.create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and follow-up sequences.test and refine messaging, creatives, and targeting to improve campaign performance and roi.monitor dashboards and track key metrics such as traffic, leads, conversions, and cost per lead.content and asset managementcoordinate the creation of marketing materials, videos, posts, and case studies with internal teams or external partners.schedule and publish linkedin and social media content to maintain a consistent brand presence.manage youtube uploads, ensuring descriptions, tags, and calls-to-action are optimized for visibility and engagement.crm and funnel managementmaintain and optimize scoreapp quizzes, crm workflows, and automations.ensure leads move efficiently through the marketing funnel from capture to booked sessions.manage lead segmentation and crm data accuracy.collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs.testing and continuous improvementreview campaign data on a weekly basis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.document insights and propose new tactics, messaging, and channels.continuously test different formats, timing, and platforms to maximize campaign performance.collaboration and reportingwork closely with leadership to align marketing execution with business goals.provide clear, data-driven reports on campaign performance and insights.coordinate with freelancers or external partners when needed.qualificationsminimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.experience executing campaigns across linkedin, youtube, email marketing, and paid media.hands-on experience with crm and marketing automation tools (gohighlevel, hubspot, or similar).
strong analytical and data-driven mindset.excellent writing, organization, and multitasking skills.familiarity with ai tools, marketing analytics, or saas environments is a plus.ability to work u.s.
