head of talent acquisition at inetum with experience in global organizations
role summary:
strategic leader responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing the vision, strategy, and execution of software quality across the organization. The primary goal is to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, security, performance, and user experience, fully aligned with business objectives.
key responsibilities:
* design and implement the global software quality assurance strategy.
* lead multidisciplinary qa teams (manual, automation, performance, security, etc.).
* establish organization-wide quality policies, standards, and metrics.
* collaborate with ctos, product owners, and development leaders to integrate qa early in the software development lifecycle (shift left).
* oversee the adoption of agile, devops, and ci/cd practices with a focus on continuous quality.
* evaluate and select automation, testing, and monitoring tools.
* manage qa-related budgets, resources, and external vendors.
* promote a strong quality-driven culture across the organization.
skills and competencies:
* strategic leadership and technical team management.
* deep knowledge of testing methodologies: automation, functional, non-functional, regression, smoke, performance, security, etc.
* hands-on experience with tools such as selenium, jmeter, postman, appium, testrail, jenkins, sonarqube, and others.
* proficiency in agile frameworks like scrum, safe, and kanban.
* strong analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
* excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
education and experience:
* bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, or related field.
* 10+ years of experience in qa, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
* preferred certifications: istqb advanced, pmp, csm, safe agilist.
