*key responsibilities*:
- develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the texas region.
- identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- manage and oversee the delivery of maintenance services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
- monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics and progress.
- stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
*qualifications*:
- proven experience as an business development representative or similar role, preferably in the maintenance services industry.
- strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- proficiency in google suite.
