Overview
the junior finance auditor is part of a cross-functional team led by a senior process expert responsible for overseeing the overall to-be design for a specific process area. The junior finance auditor owns the project deliverables for the controls design and recommendations and serves as the product owner for the functionality and required capabilities to address and mitigate all identified risks.
responsibilities
* share controls expertise and knowledge related to finance operating models and process structures.
* propose recommendations based on leading practices to mitigate all risks while encouraging compliance with business and operational needs.
* lead efforts to coordinate working sessions with diverse operational teams.
* participate in the process redesign, identifying the rationale and expected impact.
* define with the it team the required capabilities to be enabled for the future process.
* maintain strong, ongoing communication with project leadership to provide status updates.
* propose timely mitigation plans and actions for identified risks and issues.
* propose operational and strategic kpis and reports for the future process.
entry requirements
* bachelor's degree in systems engineering, business administration, or related field.
* at least 3 years of experience as an audit or internal control owner for finance processes.
* experience in end-to-end (e2e) implementation projects.
* fluent in spanish and english (b2 level or higher).
* knowledge of sap hana functionalities.
