*purpose*:
as a *planning cluster leader*, you will contribute to the integrated supply chain by managing a team of individual contributors and/or supervisors, accountable for conducting effective performance management based on collaboration across all key functions to collectively lead the ibp process for the business area. You will facilitates aligned decision making through evaluating and revising projections for demand, supply, product and portfolio changes, strategic projects, and the resulting financial plans; ensuring overall s&op/ ibp process adherence, while driving s&op/ ibp maturity improvements.
*you will be responsible for*:
- lead ibp monthly cycle across functions
- identify, anticipate and mitigate risks to our business ibp projections
- drive slob and nventory projections and reviews to guarantee an effective cash flow management
- participate in budget planning and yearly targets in alignment with finance and commercial teams.
- review and monthly performance indicators, as well as conduct deployment and execution of mitigation plans
- build productive relations with other relevant departments across the organization.
- drives transparent discussion of risks and opportunities through the s&op/ ibp cycle.
- collaborates cross functionally to drive profitable trade-off decisions.
- responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring the achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
- integrates johnson & johnson’s credo and leadership imperatives into team goals and decision making.
- responsible for influencing large-scale global and regional teams to collect, analyze, consolidate, and report key data,
- improving the decision-making process to bridge gaps vs. the bp (on revenue, profitability, and cash conversion cycle)
*qualifications / requirements*:
*required*:
- bachelor in engineering, business administration or similar.
- +6 years in supply planning related experience.
- ipb structure or implementation related experience.
- database analysis skills.
- sap apo.
- leadership skills with strong ability to plan and execute projects
- problem solver, effective communication, courageous, assertiveness and pragmatism

- sap ecc
- medical devices experience
- power bi
