*responsibilities*:
- the cob & cm senior analyst supports citigroup's continuity of business (cob) organization within global operations & technology risk management (otrm).
- produce requirements documentation in both written and diagrammatic form.
- data analysis and excel modeling skills.
- business knowledge of documentation type and purpose.
- ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- track record as a strong analyst - recognized as able to deliver work in pressured environments.
- hands on approach and able to manage own work load whilst taking direction.
- attention to detail and ability to discuss document and confirm process flows.
- sufficiently experienced to provide feedback for areas of improvement and realign strategy accordingly.
- collaborative approach, must be able to work closely with senior business sponsors and promote consensus decisions that are right for the organization.
- flexibility and autonomy are essential as some travel and out of hours work may be required.
- has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- acts as sme to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
*qualifications*:
- 5-8 years experience in third party/third party oversight, risk and relationship management.
- experience of technology project management, data modeling and workflow mapping.
- 2+ years experience working with internal/external audit/regulatory groups is preferred.
*education*:
- bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience
desirable experience 3 - 5 years in:
regulatory experience and interaction with regulators and external audit firms (kpmg, deloitte)
systems auditing experience.
Desirable certification in isaca (cisa, cism, crisc)
bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience, potentially masters degree
