We’re looking for a Tech Support Specialist with BPO Experience to join a fast-growing team in the real estate technology space. This is a customer-facing support position — no deep IT knowledge or programming experience is required. Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to users via chat, email, and phone
- Educate customers on platform features and best practices
- Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues (user-facing only — no IT expertise required)
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and processes
- Build strong customer relationships and help drive customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Job stability is a must: Candidates should have held their most recent role for at least 2–3 consecutive years, demonstrating a solid track record
- 2+ years in a tech support or customer service role (experience with SaaS products preferred)
- BPO experience is required
- Strong troubleshooting skills for user-facing issues
- Excellent communication: fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask
- Comfortable using tools like CRMs, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.
Please Note: This role focuses on customer service support, not IT. No prior IT or programming experience is needed
Additional Information
- Salary: $7.00 USD per hour
- Schedule: Flexibility to work any day from Monday through Sunday, within the hours of 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM (8-hour shifts). Two days off will be provided during the week; however, these will not fall on weekends

Pay: Up to $128.00 per hour
