the shift area manager role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
this individual will be based in chihuahua, mx, and will work closely with teams to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
the primary focus areas include safety, service quality, and customer experience. Key responsibilities include reviewing operational forecasts, managing teams, supporting safety programs, and identifying process improvements.
in addition to these duties, the shift area manager will lead a team of process assistants and delivery service providers, providing guidance on daily management, ensuring a safe work environment, proper training, and addressing their needs.
this role requires adaptability to sudden changes and growth according to operational necessities.

to succeed in this role, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or related fields, as well as fluent spanish and english language skills.
