*responsible for following the required mechanisms to verify and maintain the integrity of the mrp/erp system, keeping track of all internal original documents and coordinating activities related to the implementation of engineering changes and comply with the guidelines and regulations of environment health, safety.

- * follow the established procedures to maintain an accurate mrp/erp system, document control and engineering changes.

- * establish a direct communication with users so that the information flow is fast and effective to the required information*:
- * analyze the information that needs to be processed in the mrp/erp system.

- * process the information in the mrp/erp system following the procedures established to maintain the integrity of the master files.

- * save the information in an electronic file in the folder that corresponds to the part numbers that have been processed in the mrp/erp system.

- * review the work instructions that need to be validated.

- * register the database in the documents that need to be validated by assigning the sequence number depending on the type of document.

- * receive and review engineer changes, report any discrepancies to design team.
