Required experience & skills- proven talent acquisition experience within large, global organizations. - strong experience recruiting bps and/or it profiles. - advanced proficiency in english and spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of hiring requirements. - excellent stakeholder and customer management capabilities. - ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. - strong teamwork mindset with open and transparent communication. - high adaptability and comfort with evolving processes. - minimum of 6 years of relevant talent acquisition experience.
