responsibilities:
1. shape the change vision and define the change acceptance strategy for the sap s/4 hana project.
2. define change initiatives, including skills, structures, tools, and support mechanisms needed to manage organizational change.
3. measure progress toward the target state.
4. collaborate with and manage the team to perform, making team decisions.
5. engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
6. provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
qualifications:
* master proficiency in change management is required; prosci certified change practitioner is desirable.
* knowledge and experience in sap implementation projects as a leading consultant.
* expert proficiency in journey management; organizational strategy, stakeholder management, and change analytics skills are recommended at advanced levels.
* develop and implement change management strategies to drive successful project outcomes.
* lead and facilitate change management workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.
* create and maintain stakeholder engagement plans for effective communication and buy-in.
* utilize change analytics to assess impact and make data-driven decisions.
