We are looking for a channel account manager with strong sales skills and extensive experience in managing partner relationships. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by working closely with resellers to promote ncr’s full range of solutions.
key responsibilities:
* build and manage relationships with assigned resellers to grow sales.
* develop strategic account plans to promote ncr’s complete solution portfolio.
* identify new market opportunities and support partners in reaching end customers.
* participate in customer meetings to support partner sales efforts.
* track and manage sales opportunities using crm tools (e.g., salesforce).
* collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support partner success.
* monitor market trends and competitor activity.
* provide feedback to improve programs, products, and strategies.
* manage expenses responsibly and follow company guidelines.
requirements:
* extensive experience in sales, preferably in channel or partner management.
* strong sales and negotiation skills.
* willingness and ability to travel frequently.
* excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* experience working with crm systems is a plus.
