performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:creates and provides training packages for the manufacturing organization.meets with process owners to define and create new certification requirements.ensures all operators receive appropriate training and retraining when processes are changed.ensures trainers and operators have proper certifications and are re-certified in line with the site plan/policy.documents details of qualification/certification requirements.reports certification status to production managers; audits the certification process for compliance and addresses issues of concern.leads iso and customer auditors through training procedures
knowledge/skills/competenciesin-depth knowledge of technologies, including: through-hole, surface mount, surface mount fine/extra fine pitch, and associated modification and repair techniques.pc class a instructor certification.ability to train trainers.strong presentation, teaching and coaching skills.understanding of documentation processes & quality systems.understanding of iso standards.good analytical and problem solving skills.ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers or suppliersproficient in computer applications and the ability to accurately perform tasks in some or all of the following applications: word, lotus notes, excel and documentation control systems.
