what you'll do?
- design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and etl processes using azure databricks.
- integrate data from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- write and optimize pl/sql queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- develop and maintain scripts using pyspark and python for data processing and analysis.
- monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines and queries.
- work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data engineering processes and solutions.
- provide guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers and team members.
what you'll bring:
- minimum 8 years in data platforms, 5 years on cloud, 3 years on azure
- strong communicator with the ability to work independently directly with client product owner and business analyst
- minimum 2 years experience in managing and coaching junior talent
