objective:
coordinate the department's operation and compliance with internal policies and regulations, decision-making, conflict management, and metrics monitoring.
*responsibilities*:
- monitoring department metrics.
- coordination with naps legal department for managing labor issues, agreements, lawsuits, etc.
- monitoring the training of new department staff.
- responsibility for indirect personnel hiring follow-ups (requisitions, proposals, offers, dc3, and system enrollment).
- responsible for updating job descriptions.
- contract terminations due to rit violations or end of term periods.
- coordinating the annual motivational events program activities.
- execution and follow-up of the annual training, instruction, and productivity plan.
- participation and preparation for audits such as ctpat, human rights, or others.
- ensuring services for employees, such as transportation and cafeteria.
- liaison and follow-up with the company union.
- monitoring and reviewing service contracts with various department providers.
- participation and follow-up on projects, career plans, social forecasting, and continuous hr improvement.
essential requirements:
- at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- fluency in english for conversations with colleagues.
- experience using tress system.
- a degree in business administration, labor relations, industrial engineering, psychology, or a related field.
- intermediate excel skills.
preferred requirements:
- experience in the manufacturing industry.
- advanced excel skills.
