core responsibilities: -gain knowledge and experience of talent acquisition's recruitingprocess - learn how to screen resumes for various open positions -support operations team with various administrative tasks, asneeded (conference room booking, scheduling, recruitment eventresearch, database management) - schedule high volume requests ofcandidates for interviews - assist with candidate tracking - assistwith special ta projects - administrative duties includinganswering phones, job postings, interview scheduling, andonboarding new hires - prepares reports, charts and diagrams toillustrate process improvements and project data.
- assist igs hroperations teams by working on projects to improve the overallservice and employee experience qualified candidates will have: -currently pursuing a degree in human resources, business,business/administration, psychology.
- strong microsoft outlook andoffice suite skills - excellent communication skills and anoutgoing personality to facilitate speaking with a wide variety ofindividuals - high level of integrity with regards to theconfidential nature of the position - b1 level of englishproficiency or higher and studying relocation available?
