About the role
With the fast growth of Sofascore’s social media presence around the world, we are looking for a Content Specialist. You would be responsible for managing social media profiles mainly for an English-speaking audience, covering Instagram, Twitter and possibly TikTok. You'll have the freedom to go deep into the sports data, create insightful content and engaging posts, bringing the most important info to millions of sports fans all around the world.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Creating and publishing content for Sofascore’s social media profiles according to the content strategy and sports activities
- Analyzing teams and players around the world using Sofascore’s vast database
- Follow sport events live (mainly European football and/or major US sports) and provide a variety of insights
- Coordinate tasks with the rest of the Content Team
What you bring to the team
- Advanced knowledge of European football and/or major US sports (mainly NFL/NBA/NHL)
- Experience in analyzing sports data
- Experience in social media work
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent writing skills
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Proactivity and independence
- Availability to work on weekends
- Experience in sports social media work is a plus
- Experience using Figma and Adobe After Effects is a plus
- Creativity and experience in creating short videos in vertical format is a plus
