our team is comprised of experienced change managers who work closely with clients to develop and execute comprehensive change strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful adoption of change initiatives.
* develop and execute comprehensive change strategies that align with client business objectives.
* manage end-to-end change management projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation of change initiatives.
* conduct comprehensive change impact and readiness assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
* develop and implement communication and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
* oversee the creation and delivery of training programs to facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems.
* collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into broader project plans.
* monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of change initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* buildd and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on change management best practices and strategies.
required qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
* certification in change management (e.g., prosci, ccmp: certified change management professional) mandatory.
* minimum of 5-7 years of experience in change management, change management consulting, or a related discipline.
* demonstrated success in leading complex change management projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* strong understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies, such as prosci, kotter's 8-step process, or lewin's change model.
preferred qualifications:
* experience in a consulting or client-facing role, with a track record of delivering successful change initiatives in industries such as technology, healthcare, consumer markets, or finance.
