responsibilities
* develop and implement store visuals that enhance the customer shopping experience, align with local market needs, and support the ikea brand as a home furnishing specialist.
qualifications
* 2 or 3 years of working experience as visual merchandiser in a commercial and fast-paced retail environment with a design-based education
* good command of english (verbal and written)
* passionate about home furnishing with the ability to plan, implement and improve range presentation
* computer proficiency (microsoft office: word, excel, powerpoint, outlook; autocad)
* ability to lead creative processes
* a strategic thinker with a creative and practical mind who can lead and contribute to setting clear directions, purposes and objectives and can communicate them to the team
