we are seeking a creative and forward-thinking leader to develop and enhance cyber security solutions to address unique security challenges in critical infrastructure and industrial businesses as part of our managed security services (mss) business.
key responsibilities:
- assume leadership role in all managed security services (mss) activities ensuring on time delivery and within budget for projects as well as the satisfaction of the customer.
- supervise and manage a team of cybersecurity support personnel including understanding personnel strategic direction based on business requirements to include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
- ensure process optimization, effectiveness, and productivity by implementing standardization incorporating best in class tools and support systems to deliver service excellence.
- professionally represent the managed security services' (mss) america's business in interactions with internal and external customers and business partners as required.
- liaise with the other managed security services' (mss) leaders on all global standards, tools and processes representing the needs of the americas.
- maintaining and planning of infrastructure used in the delivery of managed security services (mss).
establish goals that drive the organization to success by understanding the business direction and customer needs.
- maintain existing iso certifications adding additional ones as identified.
- maintain technical competency on cybersecurity monitoring and management solutions.
- liaison with sales, service, and project key personnel to promote and secure managed security services business including assisting with proposal development and customer presentations.
- work with customers and other honeywell groups to establish appropriate benchmarks, how they will be measured, and specific actions that should result.
- manage 24 x 7 on-call process as necessary.
- responsible for forecasting revenue and deliverables.
- coordinate with cyber leadership to devise annual training and budget plans (aop & capex)

must have
- 5 years' experience in ot cybersecurity implementation or support.
- 5 years supervisory/management experience of geographically dispersed ot professionals
- extensive knowledge of security best practices, tools, and technologies specific to ot.
- experience leading cybersecurity teams and projects, with strong leadership and management skills.
- managed security services (mss) background
- fluent english

- network/security certification: ccna, giac, cissp, etc
- experience in process control systems services
- bachelor's degree in computer-related fields (e.g., computer science, computer information systems, electronics)
- awareness of ot cybersecurity best practices (iec-*) and recommendations.
- itil certification
- effective communicator - ability to communicate at several different levels within the organization
- proficient in vulnerability scanning and assessments using tools like nessus and nmap.
