INFOR –Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. You will do this by performing the following job responsibilities:
* Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and support of Infor WFM modules, including Time & Attendance, Accruals, and Scheduling.
* Perform routine troubleshooting for configuration and data issues, collaborating with senior consultants to resolve more complex problems.
* Support the implementation and integration of Infor WFM solutions with existing HR and payroll systems.
* Help generate SQL-based and standard reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with business requirements.

Qualifications Required
* 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
* Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry
* Advanced English level
* 2+ years of experience in application support or functional/technical consulting for Infor WFM or other Time & Attendance management systems.
* Working knowledge of Infor WFM configuration, device management, and basic SQL reporting.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze error logs, configuration issues, or integration challenges.
* Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
Preferred
* Exposure to Infor WFM Cloud and/or recent versions (6.2.4 and onwards).
* Experience supporting Infor WFM integrations or developing reports using Cognos Report Studio.
* Training or certification related to Infor WFM or ITIL.
* Willingness to travel as needed for client projects (up to 3 months).
