Requirements bachelors degree (completed).+5 years of experience in hr and administration management.experience in manufacturing industry.strong leadership skills, including goal setting, team management, coaching, and mentoring.excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.good organizational and time management skills.ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.advanced english (mandatory).knowledge of the six hr modules: recruitment, training, performance, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development.strong analytical skills (excel or similar tools).
