monitor application health, system logs, and database performance.
Investigate and resolve production incidents and service outages.
Perform root cause analysis (rca) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in on‑call support for priority incidents and escalations.
Document recurring incidents, known errors, and resolution procedures.
Support schema changes, data integrity matters, and data archival processes.
Communicate incident status, risks, and remediation actions clearly.
Provide user support and technical guidance for operational inquiries.
