Job description
the hrbp provides support to a fulfillment center operations team by partnering with senior stakeholders on the site related business and people agenda and manages the site's wide projects independently.

* understands key business goals and priorities, and applies them to hr responsibilities to prioritize work and set goals
* provides input into org design discussions (e.g., talent for succession planning, attrition risks)
* implements communication plans for organizational changes

* conducts diagnostics to identify trends and workplace issues, communicates findings

* proactively monitors and addresses er or labor changes
* implements strategies and action plans to improve workplace environment, engagement, and retention
* conducts investigations of employee relations issues in consultation with management
* supports rollout of compliance initiatives and advises on employment law changes
* leads engagement activities and audits to monitor organizational health
workforce planning & talent acquisition
* partners with recruiting to coach managers on hiring processes
* interprets hiring data and recommends sourcing strategies
* understands local staffing market needs
* participates in interview processes and approves offers and transfers
* engages with managers for launch plans and monitors vendor relationships for co-employment risks
talent management & development
* facilitates talent discussions and manages promotions
* coaches leadership on performance and talent management
* manages internal communications for training and development programs
hr operations
* analyzes data and shares insights with leaders
* trains managers on employee lifecycle issues
* provides ideas for improving engagement and manager capability
* addresses policy gaps and recommends process improvements
qualifications
basic qualifications:
* bachelor's degree
* fluent in english and spanish
* 3+ years leading teams
* 3+ years hr business partner experience
* 3+ years in operations environment with associates
* 3 years payroll process experience
preferred qualifications:
* experience in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing
* master’s degree or mba in hr
* strong problem solving and analytical skills
* ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment
* proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
* experience improving operational processes and measuring program metrics
