Overview forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, seeks a master scheduler to plan and level production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will communicate with customers, establish and monitor the master production schedule, manage safety stocks, and support sales and operations planning. Responsibilities ensure customer satisfaction by leveling plant production at minimal stock levels. Communicate with customers and monitor the master production schedule. Prepare and implement sales and operations planning; manage pool and safety stock levels; follow up delivery performance. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resources and processes; anticipate and resolve issues related to engineering changes or mix changes. Qualifications bachelor\'s degree in engineering or business. Experience in production in an industrial environment. Minimum bilingual (english required). Skills and competencies strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Delivery performance metrics: customer mpm, customer backlog, alerts follow up, resolution effectiveness, time to solve. Cost effectiveness: related to premium freight costs due to pdp decisions. Inventory management: pool stock sizing, tpa sizing, gap to finished goods inventory budget.
