Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes.
- conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- support audits (internal, customer, and regulatory).
- lead pfmea, control plan, and process capability activities.
- monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a quality engineering role (automotive industry preferred).
- knowledge of iso 9001 / iatf 16949 quality standards.
- experience with tools such as 8d, fmea, spc, msa, and control plans.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- english proficiency (written and spoken).
