* lead and evolve feel bar's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
* translate the company's mission into compelling campaigns and creative assets that resonate with consumers online and in-store.
digital & e-commerce marketing
* oversee growth strategies across shopify, amazon, and dtc channels, driving traffic, conversion, and retention.
* manage paid media, seo, email, and content strategies in collaboration with internal and external partners.
* partner with sales and retail teams to develop impactful in-store marketing, packaging, and merchandising that stand out on the shelf.
* ensure retail displays, pop, and packaging reflect the feel bar brand ethos and design standards.
creative direction
* oversee design and creative production — from product photography to campaign visuals — maintaining the visual integrity of the brand.
* work hands-on in photoshop and other creative tools to concept and refine visual assets as needed.
* ability to edit short form videos to provide agile solutions to raw digital assets.
cross-functional collaboration
* work closely with the product, sales, and operations teams to ensure unified brand execution across channels.
collaborate with founder and leadership to plan marketing calendars, launches, and activations.
