Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
* 3 to 5+ years of quality experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated Process Quality Engineer (PQE) role.
* Experience working with Tier 1 suppliers or OEMs is highly preferred.
* Experience in the following processes:
* Lamination
* Cutting
* Sewing
* Professional English level.
* IATF 16949 Internal Auditor certification preferred.

Quality Core Tools
* APQP
* PPAP
* DFMEA / PFMEA
* MSA
* SPC
Tools & Methodologies
* Problem-solving methodologies.
* Statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
* Proficiency in Minitab.
Process Knowledge
* Strong understanding of:
* Production line processes
* Control Plans (CP)
* Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP)
Quality Systems
* Knowledge of IATF standards.
