KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the regional sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and drive customer acquisition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experience.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior leadership.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing a sales team.
Strong leadership and team management skills (8+ years).
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to develop synergy and integration strategies between work teams and business units.
Deep knowledge of the security and access control technologies market across Latin America.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
