Essential responsibilities:
- ensure compliance with manage the job cycle (mtjc) process
- subject matter expert for their area of support
- support the field technically through different media ( online, phone calls and technical papers)
- 24/7 support for critical operations in the field when needed
- share the knowledge across the organization by submitting best practices, case histories & lessons learned to the knowledge management database
- follow up on field failures that requires technology involvement and ensure that the learning is shared across the field
- raise an alert across the service delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issues arises on a job
- coach other technical resources in their area of expertise
- communicate to engineering and technology organization on issues and lessons learned related to different technologies

- handles special projects as required
qualifications/requirements:
- bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics
- displays initiative, is self-driven & flexible
- 3+ years experience with lw
- strong analytical and problem solving skills
- ability to develop and mentor others
- availability on call outside of normal business hours
- good communication skills
desired characteristics:
- thorough understanding of pl technology and service delivery requirements
- significant operational experience
- end to end knowledge of the drilling and completion process is an advantage
- ability to learn and use various computer tools to prepare data and visualizations for analysis
- ability to work independently
