Position objective
coordinates and/or executes complex projects that improve and maintain efficiency in processes, methods, and equipment to ensure the product meets both organizational and customer expectations.
responsibilities
* planning and scheduling of activities and resources
* analysis (methods and measurement, machinery and equipment, materials, etc.).
* design (products, equipment, preparation of flowcharts, etc.).
* provide training on production processes.
* preparation of manufacturing travelers (shop travelers).
* delivery of documentation (forms, progress plans, scaled drawings).
* time studies across different operations.
* preparation of operation sheets.
* preparation of general company reports.
* blueprint reading.
* responsible for establishing and following up on machine maintenance plans.
* project management and control (quality control, process control, etc.).
* response to and follow-up on corrective actions.
* ensures compliance with requirements derived from the iso 9000 quality management system.
* supports and ensures compliance with applicable safety requirements.
requirements
* bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field
* 5 years of experience in similar positions
* advanced english
knowledge and skills
* proficiency in autocad
* knowledge of iso 9000 standards
work schedule
* monday to friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
