We are looking for an accomplished and driven senior account manager to join our team.

in this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic client relationships, driving growth, and leading large-scale transformation initiatives. You are a natural leader with a passion for solving complex challenges, a strong business mindset, and a proven ability to manage high-value accounts. responsibilities

* act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and leadership, ensuring alignment and collaboration
* work with epam account managers and senior leadership to develop and execute account strategies focused on growth, delivery, and client satisfaction
* lead the creation and execution of account plans and strategies, working directly with client teams to ensure successful engagements
* provide strategic consulting to clients, delivering business transformation and product roadmaps
* stay informed about market trends, opportunities, and challenges within client industries to provide relevant insights and guidance
* collaborate with project and program management teams to ensure seamless delivery through an integrated delivery model
* define engagement scopes, pricing strategies, and operating models while ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery
* partner with clients to define product visions, roadmaps, and strategies that deliver value and meet customer needs
* build and strengthen relationships with senior-level clients and internal stakeholders to drive account growth
* work closely with internal teams, including solution experts, business unit leaders, and delivery leads, to support client objectives
* drive revenue growth within assigned accounts while identifying opportunities to position epam's full range of services
* support pre-sales efforts by evaluating opportunities, responding to rfps, preparing proposals, and assisting in closing new deals

requirements

* over 10 years of experience in the it industry with a strong focus on account management and client success
* at least 5 years in leadership positions such as team lead, manager, or architect, preferably within agile or hybrid environments
* proven experience managing teams of 40 or more individuals across projects and initiatives
* participation in at least 8 end-to-end project cycles or experience successfully launching two or more products or key product capabilities to market
* in-depth knowledge of technical platforms, enterprise business models, and trends across a variety of digital solutions
* strong expertise in media and entertainment technologies, digital commerce, content management systems, and streaming/broadcast solutions
* comprehensive understanding of consumer experiences, content distribution, media management, monetization strategies, and personalization technologies
* familiarity with back-office systems for rights and licensing management
* exceptional problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to operate strategically while staying close to execution details
* extensive experience managing performance metrics across large-scale accounts and portfolios
* outstanding leadership and team management skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* strong consulting and strategy experience, with a focus on product development and team leadership
* proven ability to successfully manage client engagements under high-pressure situations
* sound business judgment, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills
* advanced english proficiency, both written and spoken, with polished presentation skills

* industry certifications in relevant areas such as agile, safe, itil, or pmp
* experience working with global enterprise-level clients on digital transformation initiatives
* familiarity with emerging technologies and their application in enterprise-level solutions
