key responsibilities:

* assist the global vice president of sales in daily sales activities and client communication
* support in preparing proposals, contracts, presentations, and reports
* respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner
* maintain and update client databases, crm systems, and sales records
* support the global vp of sales at independently yours in daily duties and grow the mexican travel agent community
* conduct agent presentations & webinars
* some travel required in the local market of mexico city
* help organize roadshows, client invites, promotional events, and fams for the team
* track and follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to client requests
* compile data and assist in analyzing sales trends and performance metrics
* manage inventory of marketing materials and assist with campaign execution
* provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars

requirements:

* degree in hospitality management, business, marketing, or related field
* 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or customer service sector
* strong verbal and written communication skills
* excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* proficiency in ms office (word, excel, powerpoint) and salesforce tools
* positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
* ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* professional appearance and demeanor
* proficiency in english & spanish
