step up as our *associate brand manager* for *hill's*in *central and south america*and be responsible for executing the plans and strategies across e2e touchpoints including marketing campaigns, brand activations, media, and 6p levers in key countries, taking into consideration the regional business dynamics and opportunities.
*your mission: what you will do*
- drive brand growth: develop and execute brand growth initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- lead campaign execution: coordinate integrated marketing campaigns and manage pop material distribution.
- enhance customer experience: implement omnichannel brand experiences and foster distributor relationships.
- generate market insights: analyze market trends, competitor activities, and product performance to inform strategy.
- monitor commercial performance: track sales, market share, and promotional activities, recommending improvements.
- manage brand p&l: oversee a&p budget and pricing strategies for maximum profitability.
*must-haves for success: required qualifications*
- bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering, or similar.
- 4+ years of marketing experience.
- key involvement in business analysis, marketing plan development, and cross-functional project management.
- proficiency with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.
- intermediate-advanced english level.
