qualifications
bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, or a related field.
2–3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, preferably within professional services or corporate environments.
Advanced english proficiency (assessment and interview conducted in english).
Intermediate proficiency in microsoft excel.
Key responsibilities
develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (end-to-end), ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
Plan and support talent acquisition–related initiatives and organizational events.
Represent the firm at career fairs and employer branding events.
Manage, review, and administer pre-employment and onboarding documentation.
